Ladies Tennis Tournament and Dinner
Hi Amethyst Harbour ladies!
We are organizing the ladies tennis tournament and dinner again this year. Dinner will be catered and held at the Gazebo like in previous years. Details are below. If you have a guest who would like to join for the tennis, dinner or both, please feel free to invite them!
Date: Wednesday, July 31
Tennis: starting at 1pm – please show up 10-15 minutes early so we can pull together the tournament boards
Dinner: symposium beginning at 6pm, with dinner being served at 7
– Bring your own drinks (alcoholic or not)
– We suggest bringing a chair as well, as there are limited picnic tables
– Dinner is $30 per person – e-transfers can be sent to Ann LeBlanc at ann.leblanc92@gmail.com. If you are unable to do e-transfer, please reach out to Ann to arrange cash payment.
We require an RSVP for dinner by Friday, July 26.
We encourage those women who do not play tennis to come down during the afternoon to spectate and cheer on those playing!
